It is recommended that a test patch be conducted prior to the full application to assess any possible sensitivities to the products used. If I choose not to undergo a test patch prior to my appointment, I acknowledge that I assume all risks associated with the application of eyelash extensions and agree that the salon and technician are not responsible for any adverse reactions or complications that may arise.
