These appointments require a non-refundable deposit, our booking system is designed to secure the client's appointment while ensuring commitment. The deposit is applied toward the total cost of the service and covers the technician's time and resources. This policy helps mitigate cancellations and no-shows, allowing for better scheduling and availability for both the technician and other clients. Clients are informed of this policy during the booking process, and it's important to note that the deposit is non-refundable, even if the appointment is rescheduled or canceled. Cancellations and rescheduling must be done 24 hours before the appointment time, your deposit may be moved to secure another date but is NON REFUNDABLE.
CASH PAYMENTS!! For your convenience, we accept both cash and credit card payments for your remaining balance. If you choose to pay with a credit card, please note that a 6% processing fee will be applied, in addition to the Virginia state tax. This fee helps cover transaction costs associated with credit card payments. We HIGHLY encourage cash payments to avoid this extra charge and ensure a smoother checkout experience. 
A late fee for an appointment will be charged and applied when a client arrives after their scheduled start time, up to 15 minutes ($15 fee) due to the impact of the overall schedule and potentially affecting subsequent appointments. After 15 minutes your appointment will be canceled and your deposit will be a completed payment. You must pay another deposit to schedule another appointment.
NO PHONES DURING SERVICE. This policy encourages punctuality and ensures that the service provider can maintain an efficient workflow. Clients are informed of this policy during the booking process, outlining the specific conditions under which the fee will be applied. This approach helps to foster respect for both the client's and technician's time while ensuring that appointments run smoothly. To ensure a tranquil and focused environment for all clients, we kindly request that no phones be used during your appointment. A charging station will be provided at your convenience. The use of phones is only permitted in cases of emergency or if you are expecting an important call. This policy helps maintain a peaceful atmosphere, allowing both clients and technicians to fully engage in the service provided.

In light of health and safety considerations, all clients are required to wear masks during their appointment. If you do not have one, one will be provided for you. This practice protects both clients and staff, promoting a safe and hygienic experience.

Additionally, we offer testing appointments available 24 hours prior to each service upon request. We strongly advise you to take advantage of this free testing service as these appointments provide an opportunity to discuss any allergies or sensitivities, ensuring that we can tailor our services to meet your individual needs.
